Saunacore’s material kits include everything the self-proclaimed “do-it-yourselfer” needs to construct a beautiful sauna. All necessary Western Red Cedar is packaged with bench materials, door kit and heater for installation into your framed and insulated room. Manufactured and shipped from our neighbors up North, these kits contain some of the finest materials available at the right price! We offer two material kit packages based upon your content preference.
Premium Material Kits Includes:
- 1” x 4” V-joint T&G clear select kiln dried Western Red Cedar 11/16” thick and pre-sanded for vertical or horizontal installation
- Insulated door OR standard full glass bronze door (24”x78”) with roll catch, hinges, cedar door handles, cedar casing, cedar frame and cedar door stop
- Ceiling Maximum Height of 7’0”
- Special Edition residential sauna stove with mechanical control built in or external and stones
- (2) 2” x 4” clear cedar, pre-sanded level straight benches with bracing and supports
- Vapor proof sauna light, cedar louver for vent, galvanized nails & screws
- Clear cedar for stove guard and cedar slats for walking area
- Minimum 250 sq. ft foiled vapor barrier
- Full length cedar backrest which runs along entire top of bench
- Accessories include bucket, ladle, thermometer, headrest and towel hook
