SAUNA DEPOT RETURN POLICY
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for
cash refund or exchange, less shipping and handling. Returns
will not be given after the 30 day period. Returned items
must be returned in acceptable condition with original box
and manufacturer’s packaging.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required
on all returns. Contact Sauna Depot at 800-488-6344 for issuance
of an RMA number or write:

Returns will not be accepted without official issuance of
RMA number.
The following items are not returnable: pre-installed heaters
and steam generators, custom room kits (pre-cut and pre-fabricated),
and steam cabinets.
Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Details
are provided within proprietary documentation. No additional
warranty is offered by Sauna Depot above and beyond this original
document. Product defects must be reported immediately to
Sauna Depot. Additional information will be given on how to
proceed by your customer care representative. Orders for sauna
kits, sauna rooms, commercial steam generators and gas heaters
can only be cancelled within 48 hours of order and cannot
be returned.
Refused items shipped via UPS will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee plus applicable shipping charges for any reason other
than reported damaged merchandise or shipping error.
Refusal of product delivered by commercial company i.e.,
Yellow Freight, Conway, etc., for any reason other than damaged
goods, is subject to a 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping
charges.
